Founder/Executive Director- Charles J. Russell
Chuck is a graduate of Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA where he acquired a Master's degree in Elementary Education, Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and earned 60 credits in Physical Education from The University of Toledo. He has a variety of experience in management, administration, teaching, fitness, and coaching when it comes to working with youth.

Michael J. Fogle- Michael is a graduate of Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla. He is the owner and President of Florida Financial group, LLCA life insurance, and medical benefits company. Prior to starting FFG, Michael spent 27 years with CNA Insurance as a Senior Life Sales Representative. He current is serving as Vice President of the Sweetwater Episcopal Academy Board of Directors. SEA is a private Christian grade school located in Longwood, Fl.
Coleman Kidd Cosgrove- Coleman received a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Huntingdon College and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Auburn University. He has extensive experience volunteering and working with non-profit organizations. Having worked professionally in the field of higher education the past several years, he has developed extensive business, communication, accounting, decision-making, and supervisory skills, to name a few.
Kenneth Alvarez- A graduate of Florida Technical College, Kenny uses his IT skills to Extend the Healing Ministry of Christ for Advent Health. Kenneth has also served in equipping missionaries for Cru, the U.S. ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. Born and raised in NYC Kenny is passionate about leading people to Jesus Christ. He has worked extensively with homeless men, inner-city youth, and other marginalized people groups. After serving with Cru Inner City as full-time missionary staff, Kenneth and his wife Madalyn started Act to ACT, a 501c3 non-profit that serves the homeless of Seminole County.
Dr. Robin R. Rawlings Ed D- Dr. Rawlings is a graduate of Walden University with a doctorate in Teacher Leadership, has her master’s in counseling from Florida A&M in Tallahassee, and her bachelors from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. She is currently teaching special needs students in Volusia County Schools and has been at the same school for 16 years including being a school counselor. Dr. Rawlings also has published several articles professionally, presented them at conferences and is peer-reviewing articles for the Canadian Center of Science and Education, for Journals: Higher Education Studies and International Education Studies. She ministers monthly at the Tomoka Correctional Institution to inmates in the work release program and enjoys singing in her church choir in Deland Florida.
